  • Runs on Instagram or Facebook. The same bot answers direct messages on Instagram or Facebook, so customers get the same instant replies wherever they reach out.
  • Runs as a website chat widget. The same bot, embedded on the Urban Jump site. One brain, consistent answers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the website.
  • Hands off to a person. When a customer asks for a human, when the bot lacks the answer, or after failed attempts, the bot pauses, assigns the conversation to Marie (with a fallback person), and notifies her. She replies from the WhatsApp Business app on her own phone or from the platform inbox. The customer stays in WhatsApp the whole time.

This is a no-code build on the AI Lead Builder platform. There is no custom software to maintain. The only code involved is a small chat-widget snippet the platform generates for us to paste into your website.

The unlimited AI add-on removes any per-message AI cost. You pay one flat figure no matter how many conversations the bot handles. This is the option we recommend, because it is predictable and it scales with you.

Alternative: pay-as-you-go, very low volume only

If your volume is very low, roughly under 575 conversations per month, pay-as-you-go can work out cheaper. AI usage is billed at $0.05 per message, and a typical conversation runs about 3 replies, so roughly $0.15 per conversation.

  • Fixed portion: $47 platform + $15 WhatsApp = $62 / month.
  • A low month at around 300 conversations would add roughly $45 in AI on top, for about $107 / month.

Once volume climbs past roughly 575 conversations a month, the $177 flat option is both cheaper and predictable, so we recommend starting there.

Important: WhatsApp per-message change from October 2026

Right now, inbound customer messages and the bot's replies inside the 24-hour service window are free.

Meta is introducing a small per-message service charge from approximately 1 October 2026, roughly 1 to 1.5 US cents per message, with the exact rate confirmed at setup.

Meta also updates its per-message rates periodically and by market, so these figures can change over time and vary by country. We confirm the current rate for your region at setup and flag any material change.

This is a small addition on top of the figures above. We are flagging it upfront so there are no surprises later.

How the human handoff works

When a customer wants a person, the bot steps back and your team takes over cleanly.

  • The bot pauses and assigns. When a customer asks for a person, the bot pauses and hands the conversation to a team member, Marie, with a fallback person if she is unavailable.
  • Marie replies from her own phone. Through WhatsApp Coexistence, Marie can reply directly from the WhatsApp Business app on her own phone, with no platform login required. She can also reply from the platform inbox on web or mobile.
  • One live WhatsApp agent at a time. Only one person can be the live WhatsApp-app agent (the Coexistence agent). Any additional team members reply from the platform inbox.

What we need from you

Three things before we build. The bot is only as good as what we feed it.

  • The WhatsApp number. The number your business owns that the bot will use, and whether it is already active on WhatsApp. If it is, we run WhatsApp Coexistence on that number. If not, we set up a dedicated line.
  • The FAQ source material. Real content: opening hours, pricing, session types, party and group packages, booking process, waiver rules, location and parking, refund policy, and contact details. A document or bullet list is fine.
  • Marie plus a fallback person. Full name, email, and mobile for each, added as users so they can be assigned conversations and notified.
